Yes. A refundable security deposit of $300 USD is included in the reservation total. It is refunded within a maximum of three days after check-out, provided there are no damages or additional charges.

Yes. You will receive a confirmation once your reservation has been completed.

Check-in begins at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.

Early check-in and late check-out may be available depending on the arrival and departure schedules of other guests. Please contact us in advance to check availability.

Access instructions will be sent by email, WhatsApp or both before your arrival.

Yes. Casa Sienna Lia offers convenient self check-in.

Please leave the designated keys hanging inside the house and return the lockbox key to the lockbox, following the instructions provided before check-out.

Casa Sienna Lia can comfortably accommodate up to eight registered guests.

The house has four bedrooms, four full bathrooms and one half bathroom.

Yes. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing and enjoying meals during your stay.

Yes. A washer and dryer are available at the property.

Yes. Parking is available at the property for a car or golf cart.

Yes. The pool and rooftop are private and exclusively available to registered guests staying at Casa Sienna Lia.

Yes. Casa Sienna Lia has Starlink Wi-Fi and several comfortable spaces where guests can work remotely.

Yes. Children are welcome at Casa Sienna Lia.

A Pack ’n Play, high chair and stroller are available for guests traveling with young children.

Yes. The house has stairs, and a child safety gate is available.

Children should remain supervised at all times, particularly around the stairs, balconies, rooftop and swimming pool.

One complimentary light cleaning is included with reservations of seven nights or longer.

No. You do not need to be present during the cleaning service.

Yes. Additional cleaning can be arranged for an extra charge. Please contact us if the pool requires attention or if you would like us to coordinate an additional pool service.

Tips are not mandatory, but they are always appreciated by the cleaning staff.

Maintenance staff may need to access the property when service is required. We will notify you in advance whenever possible.

Casa Sienna Lia is located in Punta Sur, on the southern side of Isla Mujeres.

No. Casa Sienna Lia is not directly on the beach.

Playa Norte and downtown Isla Mujeres are approximately 25 minutes away by car or golf cart, depending on traffic.

A golf cart is not required, but many guests choose to rent one for convenience and to explore the island more easily.

Isla Mujeres is reached by ferry from Cancún.

Yes. Vehicles can be transported to Isla Mujeres using the car ferry. Availability, schedules and restrictions should be checked directly with the ferry provider.

Yes. Taxis operate throughout the island. You may also contact us for private transportation recommendations shared by previous guests.

The pool is completely private and reserved for registered guests. It is not heated.

Yes. Pool towels are provided for guests.

Yes. An outdoor shower is available.

Yes. Guests may access the rooftop during their stay. Please respect the property’s quiet hours and supervise children at all times.

Yes. A BBQ is available for guest use.

No. Pets are not permitted at Casa Sienna Lia.

Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Guests may smoke outside, but cigarette butts must be completely extinguished and placed in the trash.

No. Parties, events and gatherings are not permitted at Casa Sienna Lia.

Please place bagged trash inside the white outdoor trash bin located outside the house.

We recommend closing and securing all doors and windows whenever you leave the property.

This helps the air-conditioning systems work efficiently and prevents insects from entering the house.

Please notify us immediately if anything is damaged or if a key is lost during your stay.

Unreported damages, replacement costs or lost-key charges may be deducted from the security deposit.
